Thousands of years ago Dragonkind wished to preserve some of their great power by fashioning an artefact and infusing their magic into it. This artefact became known simply as 'The Power of the Dragon'. Today Dragonkind have become disgusted with the world and the way it is abused by its humanoid inhabitants and have decided to retire to live secluded from the rest of intelligent life. No longer threatened by anyone they do not need 'The Power of the Dragon' and have left it behind for those who wish to try and claim it.
The challenge has gone out, now those who covet 'The Power of the Dragon' are ready to do battle...
